Upon receiving your order thru our online service, a purchase order confirmation will be sent to your email address. For enquiry on status of your order, please email us with your contact number. We shall contact you after verification.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Checking the availability of stock and verification may be required prior to acceptance of order. However, should any item ordered online is found to be sold out or not available, we shall inform you by email or phone.
Depending on quantity and availability, delivery will be 3~5 days after order is confirmed with receipt of payment. Goods will be send via Registered Postal Service, Local Courier or by Hand.
There is a minimum purchase of $100 required within Singapore,. Any urgent requirement for next day delivery can be arranged but subject to $10 charge and availability of stock. If no one is around to receive goods during delivering, an additional of $10 will be charged for the next arrangement. Depending on type of product, you may choose to send your item through snail mail, however, Go Daily Organics does not responsible for any lost item thru mail. For items that send by snail mail or registered mail, you will just need to pay for the postage. There will be no delivery fee charged. Please quote your preference of delivery method before confirming the order.
Upon delivering the order, name and signature with I/C no. is required by the person who accepted the goods. This is to protect the interest of our customer. If the receiver is not the registered customer, Go Daily Organics does not hold any responsibility should any claim of non-delivery by customers.
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded except for the following reasons :
1) Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice
2) Wrong goods are delivered
3) Products found to be faulty, damaged and/or expired
Please contact us within 3 working days for exchanging of the same products. All products to be exchanged have to be returned in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with date of purchase. Please email us with your contact number and we shall contact you for exchange details.
We will ensure that all products send are not expired and/or at least 6 months before the expiry. All items will be carefully checked for default before delivery.
